The Fisha 555 is Stealth Kayaks newest fishing ski on the market, it has been made with stability in mind but is still fast due to its length. The 555 is suitable for a heavier paddler looking for stability. The 555 is the widest kayak in our lineup allowing for more fish in your hatch! The 555 is also a long fishing ski and is therefore also the fastest Fisha model in our range.
Note: Due to the nature of customizing a kayak, the weight of these kayaks is a guideline and will vary based on several factors.
The weight of each kayak is based on a plain white standard construction with standard accessories as standard. All add-ons and extras will affect the weight accordingly.
Standard features of the Fisha 555:
-
Molded Carrying Handles - These carrying handles are molded for added strength. We also offer sleeves that make it easier to grip and hold the handles.
-
2 Drainage Holes - One for the fish hatch and one for the kayak hull, these plugs are simple screw type and easy to open and close.
-
Rubber paddle and elastics c: A protective mat is used here to prevent the paddle from slipping when it is fixed under the elastic. The paddle bungee is a shock cord with a clear tube to keep the paddle secure on the mat. The mat also reduces the amount of scratches when sliding the paddle in and out of the bungee.
- Fisha custom stickers are used to give you a unique look and feel on your kayak branding.
-
Fiberglass Hatch Cover - The cover is made from standard fibreglass. This lid also gives you easy access to a large central fish hatch. On the hatch cover there is a protective pad that can be used for cutting bait or as a simple working area.
-
Center Fish Door - This is a very large central storage area used for storing rods and reels when launching and beaching in rough water and of course as excellent storage for those big fish you catch. The hatch has a built-in fishing rod that curves upwards so that when your rods are stored they can be held over the fish and whatever else you have in the hatch. Watch a video about it here .
-
Shock Cord Rod Rack System - Easy to use bungee shock cord system allows you to place the butt of your rod underneath it to keep the rods up and out of the path of anything on the rod. inside of the door. Reduce the chances of your rods and reels getting covered in slime and fish blood. This also prevents your rods from sliding forward when rising.
-
Live Bait Well : This is a new addition to our kayaks. There is an inlet and an outlet in the bait well that allows fresh water to come in and old water to come out of the bottom of the kayak as you paddle. This constant change of water keeps the oxygen supply fresh and therefore your bait will stay alive for a long period of time. Watch a video about it here .
-
Splash Guard : This is used to secure the hatch cover to the kayak, but also serves as a preventative for waves forcing water under the cover when casting through the surf.
-
Lever Hatch Locks : These superior lever lock cam straps allow you to apply maximum pressure to your fish hatch cover when securing it closed. The collapsible cam creates that extra pressure to ensure the least amount of water can get into your hatch if you accidentally capsize in your kayak.
-
Front Drag/Carry Handle - Carefully positioned soft contoured handle to easily drag or hold the kayak when taking off.
-
Fully Adjustable Rudder and Pedal System : This adjustable pedal system is connected to a rudder with a rail system that can be easily adjusted to ensure maximum comfort when sitting on the kayak. Properly positioned pedals can make a huge difference in the comfort of your kayak. The pedal system makes the kayak easy to steer using the rudder under the stern. The cord locks on the pedals also allow you to set the pedals to the best angle you want to keep them comfortable.
-
Automatic Drain Holes - Factory installed drainage holes in the foot wells to allow for easy release of water that collects in and around the feet. There are clean covers with a small hole that complements the foot wells' ability to drain as you paddle and move forward.
-
Plastic Cable Caps : Small cable caps to cover the cable piping on the rudder system. These are stowed away and make it easier to access the cable tube if you need to work on the rudder cables.
- Side Carry Handles - Soft contoured carry handles to aid in carrying, loading and unloading the kayak. The handles can also be used to attach the backrest or seating system to the kayak.
-
Trawling Rod Holders - 2 standard 50 degree trawling rod holders used to place your rods while you want to paddle and fish. The thoughtful position and angle make it simple to access and use while paddling and handling lines and bait. There are 2 easily accessible plastic saddles next to the rod holders used for rod leads to secure your fishing rods. Watch a video about this here .

90 Degree Rod Holders – Watch a video on this here .

Large Rear Storage Hatch - Rear hatch that has an 8 inch lid that can be easily opened and closed for easy access to the storage hatch. Ample space to store extra tackle, bait, safety gear and more.

-
Rudder Cover : Easy access from this cover to the rudder and rudder system.
-
Fiberglass Rudder - Well-designed small rudder that gives the kayak excellent maneuverability and turning. A very robust 10mm stainless steel shaft is used for the rudder and if ever bent it can simply be bent into place without compromising the strength or integrity of the rudder.
