If you want to train professionally and intensively at home, you can use the 53 kg barbell/dumbbell set from HAMMER

You don't need any other accessories for your strength training at home: you can start right away with the complete set of bars, weights and locks! A total of 53 kg ensure that all muscles can be trained intensively.

The set includes a barbell and two solid chrome-plated dumbbells. Length and diameter are standardized. The barbell is 160cm long, the dumbbells are 35cm long. Both have a stem diameter of 30mm. The large gripping surfaces are roughened and ensure a good grip during strength training!

The training intensity can be precisely dosed thanks to the iron weights of different weights. The set consists of 2x 10 kg, 2x 5 kg, 2x 2.5 kg, 2x 1.25 kg and 2x 0.5 kg discs painted black. A total of 38.5kg of weights can be placed. The 5 and 10 kg weight plates are also equipped with grip holes so that the weights can be changed even more easily. Four high-quality star-shaped twist locks keep the weights securely in place during strength training.
